Section 8 Welcome
Dominion Management proudly accepts Section 8 tenants. We are also happy to work with other federally subsidized programs including Dayspring Program, Inc., Baltimore Homeless Services/H.O.P.W.A., East Baltimore Development, Inc., G.E.D.C.O., Baltimore Metropolitan Quadel, etc.
Experienced Maintenance Technicians
Dominion Management has a full-time experienced maintenance staff that only services Dominion Management’s rentals. Our knowledgeable technicians can fix anything. 24-hour emergency maintenance services.
Dominion Management Pet Policy
Residents must obtain prior permission from Landlord before adding any pet(s) to the home. Residents are required to pay one-time nonrefundable pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet. This includes:
- Caged birds
- Fish in an aquarium (20 gallon maximum) with renters insurance
- Up to two (2) indoor cats
- Up to two (2) dogs (not to exceed collective total of 50 lbs. full grown). The following breed restrictions apply:
- Rottweiler
- Pit Bull or American Terrier
- Akita Inu
- Staffordshire Terrier
- Bull Terrier
- Doberman Pinscher
- Bulldog
Please note the following:
- A de-flea charge (actual cost) will be assessed at the time of move-out if necessary.
- Proof of animal licenses, inoculations, neutering, or spaying to be submitted by the resident.
- Pets are required to be on leashes whenever on property grounds.
- Emotional Support & Service animals are acceptable as auxiliary aids under Fair Housing and are not considered pets. Service animals are accepted for people with a disability upon written verification from a healthcare provider and if acceptance of the service animal does not constitute an undue administrative or financial burden to the property. The additional pet fee, if applicable, is waived; however, the resident remains responsible for any damages.
